After a truly awful experience with Sunrun (who took over my original solar provider, Vivint), I was hesitant to trust any solar company again. But my roof replacement forced my hand, and I needed to get my panels reinstalled. Enter Solar Tech Elec – they were an absolute lifesaver! Back in 2021, they handled the de-installation of my 39 panels with incredible efficiency and professionalism, all at a very reasonable cost. Then, life got in the way, and I had to delay the reinstallation for almost two years. I was so worried they wouldn’t honor our original agreement after all that time. To my relief, Ross (the CEO) was incredibly understanding and accommodating. His team was back on my roof less than a week after the holidays, and they were fantastic! They were communicative throughout the entire process, arrived promptly, worked incredibly fast (the whole installation took under 4 hours!), and the quality of their work was impeccable. They even optimized the placement of my panels for better sun absorption! Ross has since offered me some great incentives to transfer my service to Solar Tech Elec, which I’m thrilled to do. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m so grateful for their outstanding service.”
I’ve been interested in solar for years, but could never find a compnay I could trust. The industry was confusing, and I felt like I was going to get scammed.
