Hello, my experience after taking the CPR course at Southern Technical Institute was wonderful, Brandy, the teacher is really a very passionate, caring, and understanding teacher, she explained all the lessons very well in detail, as well as the showings of the videos, and she made it fun along the way. Everyone at the Institute are very friendly including the ladies at the front desk. I will always recommend this Institute to others, who are seeking to pursue your courses.

I took the CNA prep course with Brandy. When I say hands down the best. From my first conversation with Brandy she gave me all the info I needed to get prepared for the test. I followed her directions and passed my test. Took the class Dec. 10-19, took the test Jan. 7 passed and now I’m official all in a months time. Take the class, listen and follow directions, pass the test in that order!!!!
Southern Technical Institute is absolutely outstanding, and I can’t recommend it enough—especially the phlebotomy class with Ms. Ashley! She is truly the best instructor—attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her experience as a renowned phlebotomist brings so much depth to the class, making the learning experience both engaging and practical. She goes above and beyond to ensure every student builds confidence and masters the skills needed to succeed.
Because of her guidance and the strong curriculum at STI, I landed an interview before even receiving my certificate—and I’m getting hired! That speaks volumes about the quality of this program. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and supportive. If you’re looking for the best phlebotomy training, STI and Ms. Ashley are the way to go. Highly recommend
