    This hotel is fabulous. I love that the room we stayed in had a toilet and sink separate from a shower and sink so I didn’t have to worry about out my teenager hogging the bathroom! The staff was also really friendly and it is right off a main road so easy to get to. Also pet friendly! Thank you for a great experience.

    We made our reservations online directly through Marriott.com a month in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, we did not receive the room we reserved. We were given a lower grade room. Marriott baited us with a better room and then switched us to a lower room.

    Marriott’s satisfaction guarantee – “If for some reason we’re unable to honor your reservation, we’ll pay for your accommodations that night at a nearby hotel and compensate you for the inconvenience. To be eligible, you must provide your member number when making a reservation. Compensation varies by hotel brand.”

    Marriott blamed the hotel. The hotel blamed Marriott’s policy that allows higher membership levels to overbook the hotel. As a result, we cut our stay short by three days and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express nearby. Under the Satisfaction Guarantee, Marriott (or the hotel) should have compensated us for not honoring the reservation. Neither Marriott nor the hotel made any effort to make amends for the issue. We do not recommend staying at this hotel or with Marriott since they do not honor their Satisfaction Guarantee.

    Stayed here for a quick Busch Gardens trip on 10/05 and I feel like this was a hidden gem for me. I loved how tucked away it was so you didn’t have to deal with loud traffic from the road. The ladies at the front desk were nice and welcoming. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable! Will definitely be back in the future!

    I had the best night sleep that I’ve had in a very long time the mattress was the best I’ve ever slept on please tell me the mattress name I can’t seem to find it. Very clean grounds and clean rooms we will be back again to stay.

    Reply to your (owner) response: I changed my start to one after your response. If you provide training, you should work harder to properly train your staff. I cannot believe you keep telling your guests that you are unable to locate their records and then asking if they stayed at other locations—so pathetic. We stayed in Room 417 during that period (01/25/25 – 02/01/25), and our room assistant was Faten (or Feten?) S. I believe you should be able to find my details in your RECORDS now.I will not provide my official name in public. Are you seriously asking me to share my personal information here?

    Instead of avoiding negative feedback and refusing to take responsibility, accept it and improve your service. Based on your replies to guests, I do not believe that your service will get any better. I am done with your hotel.

    My husband and I stayed here from 01/25/25 to 02/01/25 (two nights under his name, five under my official name—clarifying in case management claims they can’t find my record, as seen in other reviews).

    Unfortunately, I agree with others about the rude staff. While some were friendly, others were not. My bad experience was during breakfast on 1/30—one staff member was dismissive, condescending, and ignored what I said. Basic training is needed.

    On a positive note, the housekeeping team did an impressive job—our room was always clean after they cleaned, and we really appreciated their hard work!
