My husband and I began working with Jeff to help us achieve our athletic goals. My husband was preparing for his first marathon, and I wanted to ensure I was fueling properly for my triathlon training. I trusted the process and I had success! Just 4 months ago I first met with Jeff to begin this process. At 53 years young I am changing my life. So far, I have lost over 20 pounds. I wanted to update you on Lucca. We went for his yearly physical and his doctor was shocked and excited to see him. I remember last year’s appointment talking with her about his weight and feeling defeated. But not this year!
He’s grown 2 inches and is down 5lbs from last year. His BMI is way down also. We told her all about you and how much you were helping us. She praised him for all his hard work, making the changes in his eating habits and taking the time to learn about food.
He has had a big, proud smile on his face. He was also wearing one of his smaller school shirts from last year that didn’t fit at the beginning of the school year. So, as you can imagine, it was a great day!

I decided to contact St. Petersburg Nutrition, because a friend told me her nutritionist had helped her with her diet and physique, and I wanted that too! So I took a chance and reached out.
When I first met Jeff, I was worried about what I was really getting myself into. But looking back on my progress with him over the last 6 months…I am SO glad I stuck with it.
Jeff has helped me become a healthier person. He has taught me so much about nutrition, that now, I can walk into a grocery store with confidence in what I’m purchasing.
Before I met Jeff, I was not eating very healthy….lots of taco bell, frozen meals, fried foods…. I never cooked…because I didn’t really know how. But now? I am cooking and meal prepping every week like a pro! He has helped me go gluten AND dairy free, which although was intimidating at first, but now I have a routine and confidence in cooking and have a large variety of meals I can make!
Fitness wise, Jeff has helped me create a work-out plan that has helped gain strength and a better body image.
And….I CAN FIT INTO CLOTHES THAT I WASN’T ABLE TO BEFORE! I have carried around a specific dress for 6 years and because of Jeff helping me reach my goals, it finally fits!
I am so thankful for the time and energy Jeff has put into me and my goals. He is the real deal! He is knowledgeable and truly believes in the work he is doing, and I believe it too! I have seen and felt a real difference in the way I look and feel. I wish I would have found him sooner!
