Structure Interior Design Studio

The Structure Interior Design team transformed our beautiful but plain builder-grade house into an absolute dream home for us. As new residents to the Tampa area, we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Rodney, Luis and team as they executed their full-service design process to transform our new home – a complete re-do of our entry, living room, family room and a fabulous new kitchen. We can hardly believe that it is the same house we purchased! From the first consultation through the development and execution of the design, Rodney took the time to learn what was important to us, our likes, color preferences, style, and how we hoped to live in our space. In what was truly a collaborative process, Rodney also encouraged us to think about using our space, colors and patterns in ways we hadn’t even considered. We had some pieces that were important and sentimental to us, and Rodney and Luis worked with us to include them in a way that beautifully and personally blended both old and new. The Structure team wove so many thoughtful touches into the final design, truly making it a home that truly felt like ours. The final the result is an elegant, sophisticated, comfortable home with a modern, elevated – and delicious – design. Rodney, Luis and team expertly handled every detail along the way, from scheduling to design execution, construction oversight, procurement of many high-quality pieces, installation and reveal. Their focus on total client satisfaction and the transparency and consistent communication throughout our project was impressive and so very appreciated. We feel as though we have gained new family members in Rodney and Luis and can’t wait to work on additional design projects with them in the future.

Rodney and his team did an amazing job for me and my living room space. All he and Lizbeth had to do was measure the living room space and quiz me on my likes and dislikes and somehow magically created the visual 3d model layout exactly how I envisioned it. Then he created a list of items for me based on my budget and together we selected what I wanted. A few weeks later, my once boring and “empty” living space was transformed into a gorgeous layout that is getting rave reviews from my friends and family. I wouldn’t recommend any other company than Structure Interior Design!

We recently hired Structure Interior Design Studio to do a re-model of our outdated kitchen. After hearing horror stories from family and friends that did home remodels before, we were very nervous going into this. However, from the minute Luis and Rodney met with us for our design session, we felt right at ease and a lot of our anxiety subsided. We were so impressed with the virtual rendering they prepared for us, taking all of the ideas, wants/must haves from the design session, and bringing it to life virtually. This was very helpful, as we are very visual people, and didn’t want to make any wrong decisions for this re-model.

The demo of our old kitchen and construction of the new kitchen was very smooth. The contractors that did the work were extremely professional, nice, and their attention to detail was incredible (big shout out to Alex!). Our new kitchen exceeded expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the end product (please see photos).
