i’ve come here so many times to get my hair done because its cheap and they always do a fairly good job with the help of the instructor although it does take alot longer than a professional stylist. yesterday i came in for a full highlight, haircut, and blow dry and i left in tears because it was not at all what i asked for. They Only bleached my roots and didnt carry the highlights throughout my hair like i asked for, the color is alot more orange/brown than the blonde in my inspo photo, the haircut wasnt bad but they ran out of time and sent me home with wet hair so i didnt get to see the final result until i got home and blowdried it myself. On top of this they charged me $121 for the same service they charged me $58 for the last time i came in. no discount for not getting the blowdry only an offer to come back in and get it styled a week later, which is a waste of time because the reason for the blowdry is to be able to see the finished result before paying and leaving the salon. I would have gone to a professional stylist if i knew they were going to charge pretty much the same price for significantly worse work, i am extremely dissatisfied.
