Excellent Yoga studio!
Wonderful space and atmosphere. The teachers are very knowledgeable and welcoming, and the owner Willow is the nicest human you’ll ever meet.
Great variety of classes and convenient times for a diversity of schedules and levels.
My favorite place to practice in the Tampa Bay area.
Wonderful studio! Great class that Mary Margaret teaches Monday nights. The view of a small lake. The ambiance was great! I highly suggest it!
This is a great yoga studio. They moved recently to a new space where the studio looks out on a beautiful Lake. I love looking out at the lake as I move through the classes. Feels very peaceful.
I have gone to the studio for many years and love their wide variety of classes. I have taken Basics, Gentle, Qi Flow, Restorative and Yoga Nidra – all taught by great teachers. They also offer some very relaxing sound events featuring singing bowls, flutes, and harps – great classes for deep relaxation during these stressful times. Willow, the owner, also celebrates the Solstices and Equinoxes with special events that include meditation, music and yoga.
I recommend Sun Yoga if you are trying to form an ongoing yoga practice or just when you need to soothe your soul.
What a relaxing experience! I’ve never heard of Yin Yoga, but a friend recommended it, and I decided to check it out. Slow-paced yoga where you hold simple poses for about 3 minutes. My body enjoyed these wonderful holds. Overall, a great experience, and I’m sure I’ll be signing up again soon.
What a special class today! Having a class like this on New Year’s Day is essential. We did a special class reflecting on 2024 and creating vision boards for 2025. If you haven’t been to this studio yet, I totally suggest the visit, it is definitely an experience that you shouldn’t miss.
Happy 2025 and thank you for holding this space for us.
