Happy I have been a customer for over 20 years. First time coming to this branch and it was excellent. I sent a wire in less than 10 mins from the moment I parked to got back in car. Other banks are NOTHING like this!
Worst location ever. Customer service horrible. Always a long wait. They took out the drive thru to expand the parking lot for employees even though they’re aren’t many employees working and also despite the fact that a lot of the customers are older and can barely walk without using help such as walkers.. they don’t like to help at all. These are the minor issues because they also have major problems that I don’t feel like going into detail about. Ever since I moved to this area and this location is closer to me I have been thinking about closing my account because I’m tired of driving further out just for good customer service experiences! Please hire a new staff who are for the people/customers or just do better! No one should have to feel this way about a place that’s supposed to help especially when you’re storing your money with them.
