Incredibly disappointed as a possible new patient at this location. I called multiple times yesterday, their voicemail box is just an “error” unless they’re on lunch. Then it asks you to text them instead. I did, it took 18 hours to receive a response. Same deal with phone calls today, no answer and broken voice mail. After 18 hours I was asked for my insurance information via text which I sent. 4 hours later I asked to just go ahead and cancel because if it takes 2 full days to make an appointment, I just simply don’t have that time to deal with appointments moving forward. They’re obviously very busy, too busy to let you know they’ve “scheduled” to call you.
I’m new to the area and thankfully my specialist back home referred me here!! Front desk Lourdes so sweet helped me out and answered all the questions I had!! Nurse Daly was so nice and made me feel comfortable!! And Dr. Jordan put me at ease and explained different options I had, she understood my situation and answered all my questions and concerns!! This was my first time visiting and can’t wait to come back!
Today was My First time going to this office, and was very pleased with not only Dr. Patricia Jordan-Gonzalez, but the front office as well. The Dr., and office Staff were very polite, professional, and eager to answer any questions or concerns. I am most appreciative, and look forward to my next apt.

I’ve been working with Dr. Guzman for about a month now. He is so understanding and sympathetic, yet professional. He allowed me to text and call him with updates from other specialist and help answer questions/fill in gaps even when I was not sitting in front of him in office. He also gave me his written notes to look over or to bring to my other drs I’ve been seeing. The office staff is very inviting and on top of their communication! Although I wish an autoimmune disease didn’t bring me here, I am happy to be working with Dr. Guzman.

3 stars because I’ve been trying to get through to them for 3 weeks! Left vm’s, sent text like recording said, even message through patient portal. Not 1 returned phone call or message of any type!
My Benlysta auto-injector script was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I need this med for my lupus, and I can’t get it because of this.
If this continues to be an issue, I don’t know what I’ll do as I like Dr. Jordan and her staff. But 3 weeks is unprofessional and unacceptable.
