Super Heat and Air has always been great. We bought our entire AC system from them, including all new ductwork, vents, and insulation. We also have regular maintenance done in order to keep our system healthy. We have had a few techs come out and do maintenance but the last few times it’s been a tech named Tyler. He is by far, the best tech we’ve ever had working on our system. He’s very thorough, and explains everything that’s going on with the system. Going forward, I’m going to make sure that I request Tyler every time!
Tomek was amazing today. Awesome job. Very professional, and had the answers to any questions I had. Super Heat and Air is a great company and has never tried to upsell on services. They tell you what needs to be fixed. Honest up front pricing.
Tomek was amazing. He listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and I will tell you I had a lot of questions . He treated me with respect. He treated me like a person not a number. And in this day and age, I consider that excellent customer service. He was both quick and efficient. I will definitely use these guys again. I also want to give a shout out to Dan for being available to help. This isn’t something you can count on from upper level management in any service now but, his patience and support was greatly appreciated.
Denis was our latest and Greatest A/C Technician he is honest reliable, easy to communicate with and a great attitude. A professional look to him and honors the company he works for. He never tried to push us to hard to sell anything just offering good advice. A really nice person and respectful. Thank you, Super Heat for recommending this guy you were on the mark with this guy!
