Overall the service was great, the tenants working were fantastic. They also were not pushy and we’re more informative rather than trying to be sales people. They were more concerned with letting you be in the know about your car rather than trying to upsell things you did not need.
The only downside is that I had to wait over an hour to get my oil change. I did have the day off and thankfully I didn’t have to be anywhere but I would say that quicker service is something that they do need to improve on. But overall a pretty good experience
Great service. The gentleman, who were working that day were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and got me in and out as soon as possible. I would recommend!!
In the middle of the week open at 7 p.m. and still providing the best service anyone could ever ask for. Not only do they do their jobs but they go above and beyond, actually chat with you. Never fails to hand me a water bottle every time I go. Explained extra things to help maintain my car, will be going back!
I bring my car here every time for an oil change. The guys are fast and helpful. This time I upgraded to a higher level oil so I won’t have to come back for 8 months!! Worth the additional $20. Plus I got a discount for being a rideshare driver. And, they cleaned the dead bugs off my windshield after a trip to Miami last week Thanks guys! Oh and they also put some air in the tires. Love the service especially without appointment. In n out, done.
Love the Customer Service Experience I get every time I go to Take 5 on Hillsborough Ave! Professional and Quality Service on my Camaro! Kyle and Juan did an especially great job last time I had my car serviced.
