I’ve been waiting for an hour already! I have never seen anything like this before. The employee spilled oil all over the customer vehicle, then after 1.5 hours I was next, guess what?? They didn’t have the oil filter for my car.. what a waste of my time.
The guys there were awesome! My car had been sitting for a while, so I knew I needed an oil change asap! I’ve been out of work doing deliveries and told them I needed the cheapest my car could do right now. There was no pressure with them trying to force the higher price one. I’ll def be back here before I need the next one to get the upgraded one! As someone who puts a lot of miles on a car they’ve earned my business going foward! Thank y’all!
Don’t think I’ve ever been here and spent less than 45 minutes, saying it only takes 10min is a joke. They do a good job and are nice, but they get you pulled in and then walk away for 15min before even helping you or they go help another car when they’re halfway through yours. Not sure what their company procedures are but it’s not good here.
Brought my wife’s car in Friday morning and my work vehicle in Saturday morning for oil changes. Both days the guys who did the work were super respectful, left my car clean with no smudges unlike some other places, and got me in and out in no time. I’ll be back for sure, I appreciate you guys!
I’ve actually been coming to this Take 5 for years. I recently decided to read through the reviews because I wanted to post this photo (so there is a better understanding of pricing for this area of Tampa) and I just gotta say, some of the people writing negative reviews are saying such untrue things!!
The staff is knowledgeable and kind. ALWAYS! They never pressure you to buy anything, they simply share your options with you and give you their suggestion. And on top of that, you’re in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Today I got my oil changed (2023 VW – Taos) and the a kind man actually offered my older mother a cold bottle of water while we wait. (A whole 12 minutes, to be exact.)
So all of you that are reading the reviews, start with the 1 star reviews. Click the person leaving the review and look at all the OTHER bad reviews they’ve left for other companies. Clearly, some people just don’t like anything!
If you’re looking to save a few dollars, goto the car dealership you purchased your car from. Sit in the lobby for 5+ hours and ask yourself, “Is saving $25 dollars REALLY worth me losing my whole day?” Because if it is, man, good for you. Live that life! But for me personally, not at all worth the time wasted or the loss of sanity as you sit listening to the same sales ad and sad dealership radio on a loop.
