Love them! They are honest, responsive, on time, kind, and thorough. Javier and his team are the best!! So thankful they keep my pool and filter clean for my family!
José and Javier rescued my pool. The old homeowners never updated anything in the house so of course I was totally unsurprised when the ancient sand filter started blasting sand into the pool. Upgraded my old sand filter to a cartridge filter per their recommendations and a few days later my pool’s blue crystal clear sparkle had returned and is calling my name in this heat! Gotta give props to Jose who as at my house every day working magic to get rid of the milky opacity while also taking time to rinse off the new cartridge filter that was quickly filtering out and accumulating large amounts of thick beige paste-like residue (most probably due to the pool being a plaster finish which releases some of that finish whenever it’s shocked heavily… which I did do because of how green the pool was). For me it was all worth the effort so I can get back to my normal life and let the pros do what they do best. Will be having a pool party soon for sure. Thank you VIP Pool!!
Tampa vip pools are an awsome company! My pool looks beautiful after the hurricane, you would never guess it looked like a pond before! The crew is prompt, friendly and do excellent work! Gigi the co owner/ receptionist is very friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend them for your pool service needs!
We have really enjoyed our association with Tampa Bay VIP Pool Services now for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about the great job Jose [et al.] does. He is here every Tuesday morning, promptly, and keeps our pool running and looking great. Great to guys to work with!
