I had an excellent experience with TampaPoolProcom, LLC! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise stood out. As a women-owned business, they take great pride in their work, and it truly shows. I needed pool repairs, and their team handled everything efficiently, ensuring all work was done on time without cutting corners. Their communication was clear, and they kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything stress-free.
What impressed me the most was their fair pricing and commitment to quality. Unlike other contractors I’ve dealt with, they were upfront about costs, and there were no surprises along the way. My pool now looks and functions perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for the best swimming pool contractor in town, look no further. I highly recommend TampaPoolProcom, LLC to anyone in need of top-notch pool services!
A nightmare project with Tampa Pool Pros! Beware! We interviewed several contractors and chose TampaPoolPro. We signed a $110,000 contract in September 2024, paid $58,000 down, and was told it would take 12 weeks – replace a wood and travertine deck, refurbish the pool. Nothing special. Demolition was completed quickly but, since then, very little. After 5 months our entire backyard remains a bombed-out mess. We are on our 4th project manager, and we rarely see more than a half-day’s work completed each week. Our latest PM is nice enough, but he seems unable to get workers to show up. We’ve heard all the reasons and excuses, but we continue to have nothing. Work seems to be scheduled very linearly with any excuse to delay one contractor resulting in no work done and more delays. Rinse, repeat. No one at Tampa Pool Pros is even pretending anymore to give us a completion date. This is clearly a it-will-happen-when-it-happens scenario. Photo shows progress after 5+ months.
I reached out to Ashleigh at Tampa Pool Pro to an advanced opinion of a pool inspection. I was in the process of trying to buy a home and had a basic home inspection, but I needed someone I could trust. Andre was very thorough and actually went out of his area to go look at this pool and the pool cage to give me a proper inspection.
We have been waiting years to put in a pool. I’m SO glad we are finally doing it with Tampa Pool Pros! Everyone has been professional and kind, and extremely patient with us as we have started the process of making all the design decisions. It has been a wonderful, and dare I say FUN process, and I recommend them to anyone out there in need of pool services, or if you’re putting in a pool for the first time! Thank you, Tampa Pool Pros!!

Must Read as a Reminder!
On September 27th, 2024, Hurricane Helene decimated approximately 42% of the entire West Coast of Florida. Hundreds of Thousands of people lost their homes, albeit partially or completely. Municipalities were absolutely overwhelmed and not prepared for catastrophic losses, and rightfully so. Our beautiful West Coast hasn’t seen anything like this in a hundred plus years.
So when people are complaining about the permitting process time, delays, staffing issues (because some of the staff lost everything) and the such, and bashing small businesses for things out of their control, because you only lost a rose bush, you are the problem with society. Your lack of empathy for not only the people that lost everything, but the municipalities that are doing their best to help everyone… Again, your selfish needs make you the problem with society.
Another tid-bit…
After most of us who have dealt with FEMA, Insurance carriers and the like, for hundreds of hours, are finally getting payments from those agencies, be prepared! The permitting process, staffing issues and delays are going to get worse over the next 180 days.
After the hurricane, this company went over and above to discount pool draining and replacing pool equipment. Work that did not require a permit. The company felt it was wrong to profit from the suffering of others. This was an “All Hands On Deck” emergency for those that lost a little, to those that lost everything. Removing sewer and salt water from a pool was a top priority for almost three months.
So yes, this company had to not only put some of their jobs on hold to help take care of the community, they also lost some staff, as their personal homes were lost.
This company has provided a tremendous amount of assistance with the communities in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. They are a small family owned company. Their only priority was to help the community somewhat recover!
So trashing them only shows your lack of empathy and compassion for not only them, but the clients they helped during that catastrophic event.
Some of you really need to read the room/state of affairs before bashing a small business.
Hope your unsubstantiated reviews makes you feel good about yourself. Those that experienced the catastrophy and lost everything, view your reviews as unfounded and absolutely disgusting.
