They were great from the start. Came over with color options. Gave me plenty of time to decide a color. Never felt rushed or pressured. Scheduled a date to start, were on time, finished as planned. No issues at all. Their professionalism was great and the outcome was stunning. Highly recommend and would use again if needed.
I recently reached out to That 1 Painter for an estimate, and I had the pleasure of working with Gigi. She was incredibly patient, nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She provided the estimate very fast and made sure I had received it. She took the time to explain the estimate and answer all my questions and made the entire process so smooth. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail really stood out.
Excellent painting company, price and quality. Very clean in their work, extremely organized, professional and so nice I can’t say enough good things about them. They painted the outside of the house, it’s so well done, clean lines no mess, excited to use them again in the future. Gigi the color coordinator and PM did an excellent job, Jimmy the crew manager was fantastic, worked right along with the guys they were all rock stars , very hard working and work very well together. It was all hugs after the job.
