The owner of this place is a really stand up person. We had an issue with our sound system and while he could have easily upsold us on a new amplifier, he asked us if we could just come back in 20-30 minutes because he wanted to ‘try something’ to see if he could just fix what we had. Low and behold, 20 minutes later he rewired our current amp and got it working again so we only had to pay the diagnostic fee and we weren’t out a few hundred more for a new amp. Just based on that honesty I will bring my vehicles here for any work that I need done.

2024 edit: (the first part is about me, I’m a very happy return customer)

I’ve been a customer here since 2018. I had to have an item placed in my vehicle because I made poor choices in the past. Why this is part of a good review is AFTER I finished up all that court ordered stuff, I brought my car back for some COOL stuff!

For my Dad’s 80th birthday, they put a system and tinted the windows of his classic 1940 Chevy Deluxe (I have to find the pics, it’s awesome!)

And just this visit, I had the windows tinted and ceramic coating on my wife’s Lexus. The pictures don’t really do it justice, it’s much shinier now!

I have spoken with the owner several times to figure out what’s best. He always steers me in the right direction for what I want done also. No $$ gouging, just honest to goodness advice, and it’s based on a ton of experience.

In essence, I don’t feel pressure to pay for the most expensive stuff, rather I feel they put the pressure on themselves to make sure the job is going to satisfy what I’m interested in.

Long story short, you will be very happy if you bring your car in. I’ve watched this business improving year after year and I was totally pleased the very first time!
Keep up the excellent work and I will be back soon with another vehicle!

Thanks Audio Itch team for real! I’m super happy with everything you’ve done for me, and my family!

Nice, deceitful staff , sub-par installation of an amplifier sub box. Power wire came disconnected 6 days after install, modified connectors used, mismatched gauge etc. Charged an extra hundred over quoted price to my inexperienced 18yo for amplifier. Sold him 5 channel amp hooked up 3 channels after being quoted for all 5….Stay away….buyer beware…slow shop in it to take what they can from your wallet and provide less than Profesional install….not cool to tell a kid one thing and take him just because….if Walmart had an install depth. It would be a step up from here. Thanks for nothing Audio Itch….

If I could give it zero stars I would. After reviewing the excellent reviews on google and skipping the $45.00 window tint guys. I ended up spending $214.00; which is totally fine as I considered the quality of tinting I was getting. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took them nearly two and half hours; which is fine considering the quality of tinting I was getting. Upon leaving there was a heavy ammonia smell in my car along with long streaks of gunk on my vinyl door panels and back seat panels as well. No biggie right? Well those streaks tarnished my plastic and vinyl parts as it set in and stained them. It was as though they did not even attempt to clean it up.

There was still dried glue from a previous tint job that they had tinted over on my quarter window. Mind you they charged me another 50.00 to remove any glue that remained.

Lastly they threw all of my belongings on the ground, three cd cases I purchased today, bills(which I found shoe prints on) and a pair of $220.00 ray ban sunglasses.

The majority of people who get their windows tinted expect perfection, this was no where close. Before they started the work I told them that my driver side window was slightly off track. Stating that it has to be stopped at a certain point or the window will roll past the main stop point. I adjusted the window for them as they told me they would not adjust it and was displeased to see that they rolled it up past the stop point. My window could have broke as it was pressed against the the outer window panel of my car.

Update: so I took my car back for a second time a couple of weeks back. And to my disappointment there was still gunk on my vinyl doors and the tint on my drivers side window was crooked with bubbles. So much in fact you can see a clear spot where there is no tint at all. The manager apologized and said he could fix it in 20 minutes. Unfortunately I did not have those twenty minutes. Keep in my mind they had my car for over five hours and it was the second time I went there. I plan on taking it back a third time only because I have no choice. I have over 200.00 tied in to this nightmare.

Carlos, I’m sorry for all the trouble you’re having with the tinting on your vehicle. You do have a Manufacturers Lifetime Warranty so any bubbling you see, is under warranty. We are happy to take care of that for you, or you can call the manufacturer and go to another dealer to have that repaired. From what I’m reading, you had previously tinted your car and were removing the old tint? That does require more than and hour and a half, which is the time it takes if you do not have to remove old film. The streaks you saw on your door panel are from water and baby shampoo, that is what is used to apply the tint. The streaks are where it cleaned your door, and you’re correct, they should have wiped down your door. I know it’s been two years, but you still have a warranty, and are clearly not over it, so schedule an appointment and bring in your warranty card and we will be happy to take care of it for you.

You’re correct I’m not over it! Should anyone be over a bad tint job that was done twice? Plus my photos were removed, thats what I’m upset about. Instead of going to you guys for a 3rd time I took my car somewhere else as I had no confidence in you guys doing it correctly again. I paid only $90.00 to have it done correctly the first time by an experienced tinting company. I had to cut my losses of over $200.00 with you guys. So I cannot use the warranty as your tint is no longer on my car.

Looking at the reviews of others that are highly rated, you guys respond to those rather quickly. On the other hand taking two years to respond to my review is bad business. I would like a refund if possible. I have found other ways to post pictures of the tint job (since mine were removed after 3000+ views) on other outlets as well and will continue to do so until I’m refunded. Warranty or not, no customer should have to go through such a hard time.
