I am always greeted with a warm welcome and every team member is ready to assist their clients with great knowledge on all banking matters. Catherine Harris has been consistently helpful and handles both banking and customer service with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Definitely recommend!
I drop off deposits mostly every week day for my job and usually Evelyn helps me out in the commercial line. She is quick, efficient and pleasant. Sometimes I get another teller, and they are just as friendly. I don’t mind waiting if/when these occurrences happen because money is involved. I want them to take their time if they need to; make sure everything aligns properly. Great job!

I have had the most amazing service at Bank of Tampa. I’ve been around the block with banks and found a home with BoT. The personnel at the Sunset Branch make me feel like Norm at Cheers. I get such a wonderful greeting every time I walk in. And when I can’t walk in, they are so adept at handling my banking affairs remotely. I have my commercial and personal accounts there. Can’t rave enough.
