The most attentive Vet ever. Smiling faces everywhere, attention to detail on every level. When the tech comes out my pup just stares and listens to her every word a definite change in my pups manner. Can’t say enough goodness about this place. Clean taste fully decorated and colors are so calming.

I’ve recently been here with cat 4 year old cat Poppi and the service was great, as well as the stall being very patient (she’s put up a fight) everything was done with ease, and explanation of problems were as easy as being taught kindergarten math LOL
I recently got a dog and I went to set up an appointment for my dog and Poppi. Dakota was the receptionist who made the appointments for my fur babies. He was very nice and made it so easy and did a great job at explaining what I might need for my dog regarding his shots (first time dog owner)

I didn’t have a primary vet for our dog, we have just been taking them to humane society clinic every 6 months for medicine and updated vaccines. We had an emergency with our dog this week, and decided to call this office since it’s close to our house. They weren’t able to get us in yesterday, but David, spoke with me on the phone about my dog and it was very helpful. Calming and reassuring. I wasn’t able to physically bring her into this office yesterday, but going forward we will be making this our primary vet. It was really refreshing that experience! Thank you David- you’re too kind!
This review may come a bit late, but I feel it’s important to share the outstanding care my paralyzed dog has received from Dr. Mondschein, lead vet tech Natalie and the incredible team at the Heights veterinary clinic. From the very first assessment post-spinal surgery, I knew we were in good hands.
Dr. M’s expertise and compassion were evident at the first visit. My pups personalized treatment plan included laser therapy, acupuncture, and water treadmill sessions, which made a noticeable difference in his quality of life; all available right at the Heights! Each water therapy session was handled with utmost care by Natalie, who was always patient, attentive, and caring.
What truly sets this veterinary team apart is their incredible support and responsiveness. Even now, months after our initial visits, I can always count on them to quickly address any needs or concerns regarding my special needs dog. It’s comforting to know that my dog is not just a patient, but truly cared for like a family member.
