Hatchey is the law firm that is representing my children against me in our partition case. I have contacted Mr Hatcheys firm multiple times with no response! So they basically denied my request for mediation! I’m ready to move forward with this case and they won’t respond to me. I told him I’m representing myself! So I guess they don’t take it seriously and I don’t know the law! I do know the law very well. I am a pro se litigant and Mr. Hatchey should have responded because he is the paintif’s attorney and he is obligated to contact me. He had yet to do so! I’m ready to proceed with this case and they’re dragging their feet! I will be reporting Mr Hatcheys to the ACAP! For his unprofessional unethical conduct ! I also informed Mr Hatchey I’m not paying any of his fees or expenses in this case since I was told by him through an email, that he or his office doesn’t work for me!
He is absolutely a great attorney as he is really honest, experienced and is so understanding. He made sure to take care of me and thought of my best interests completely. I am beyond grateful for him on working with me in my complicated and difficult legal situation. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone and everyone!
I was very pleased with Stephen Hachey and his staff. They were excellent in keeping me informed about my case, insured the case was handled quickly, and professionally.
I submitted a request on Monday and was able to have a consultation over the phone by Wednesday. Mr. Hachey was easy to talk to and quick to gather information to help answer my questions about property law. He was knowledgeable about my requests but also up front about any information that was out of his scope of law knowledge.
Absolutely worst firm, they lie and steal through billing tactics and don’t take cases seriously unless it’s for a high payday. Wish I would have never hired these frauds.
