The office is beautiful and clean. I saw Dr.Jessica Jenkens and she was amazing, probably my favorite doctor of all time. She was so caring and took her time to answer all my questions. She has a wonderful personality and professionalism. The staff was also wonderful as well. Would highly recommended.

Every appointment, including one surgery, that I’ve had with The Women’s Group has been worthy of 5 Stars, with the exception of this last appointment. TWG has always set the bar very high, this includes all interactions. My appointment this week was different. I did not feel listened to or heard for 65%, which is not something that has ever happened. I tried to inquire about my current birth control generic not working, and was just rushed along by my doctor standing at the door ready to exit. If they had another patient who needed them, I would have happily waited a little longer until my doctor could return. Had this been my first ever appointment here, I may have not returned. I don’t know if this is because a new company now owns and manages TWG or for another reason. I considered if I did anything to warrant this, but I was my same positive, happy, caring and prepared self. My doctor had ordered a mammogram for me last year which resulted in me needing to have additional testings and a small biopsy removed. I learned that she did not have these records, she actually asked me to tell her what the findings were. As this was my first appointment with her since that biopsy, I was anticipating she would thoroughly review that with me, which did not happen. I even asked her if she would please request these records and she just said, “they did not send them to me”, in a and that’s final way. When I returned home I double checked my own records and was able to confirm that I personally sent them to her.
The only variable to change is they no longer accept my insurance. I was okay with this and was more than happy to pay the out of pocket appointment cost, bc of the high quality care I have always received. However, when I asked for a pricing list (ultrasounds, etc) no one had any idea what the prices were and my doctor actually said, “I have no clue what that would cost but you won’t be able to afford it”, which was pretty shocking to me. She would have no way of knowing that number one, and number two, I want the best surgeon operating on me, so I would go above and beyond to have the best.Third, she confirmed along with the two people I spoke with at the front desk that they were unaware of the out-of-pocket prices. Just to be clear, I was anticipating the front desk to say they would reach out to the person who has the prices and forward them on to me. I made it clear that I preferred to have my ultrasounds for example in their office. They are very good at this, and I could go elsewhere for my blood labs for example. I may be able to pay out-of-pocket, but I would like to use my insurance if possible as well. Me knowing their out-of-pocket prices will help me to plan ahead of time so I can get the best care where I am most comfortable. I am still worried about my birth control rx not being accurate and not knowing what to expect for my further appointment la and tests. I am optimistic that these will become resolved, but this is based on my history with TWG, not this appointment.

I have been a patient of The Woman’s Group for 20 years, I now take my teenage daughter. Dr. Aladina is amazing. She made my daughter, feel extremely comfortable and provided excellent treatment and information. Not only the doctors are great, but the front office staff is equally amazing.

The Women’s group is a great place for your wellness checkup. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The appointment was on time. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Hernandez was patient and was not rushing through my appointment and took the time to answer my questions. I would recommend the Women’s Group for the wellness checkup.
