From the moment dispatch answered to the secure drop off, we were in great hands. Shout out to Tomas! Figured towing companies have been very busy the last several weeks with both Helene and Milton and it was going to take longer than expected. He was here in the timeframe and was absolutely awesome. Got my truck to the shop and sent me pics to let me know where it was! Excellent customer service!
I called a Tow at 730 feeling very bad but in a tough spot. They answered the phone without any issues and got right into fixing my problem less than an hour and my car was home with a more than fair price where I was getting charged 200 they helped me out by almost 50% given my area. The attendant was really cool super easy to work with and came in ready to make this an easy trip. I don’t remember his name but the guy was super helpful, insightful and full of advice. Most definitely a go to tow company.
