Trattoria Pasquales delivers an exceptional Italian dining experience with its rich flavors and welcoming atmosphere. The braised short rib was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with a depth of taste that showcased expert preparation. Complementing the meal, the Diet Coke was crisp and refreshing, served at just the right temperature. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance balanced cozy charm with an upscale touch. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty Italian dish or just looking for a reliable spot with great service, Trattoria Pasquales is a solid choice.
Great Italian spot for the Westshore area. The staff there is super nice and attentive, with the overall vibe of the place nice and cozy.
For food we got the lasagna and the farfelle with sausage. The lasagna was amazing, good portion with a light size and good amount of meat. The other pasta was good but lacked a bit of flavor.
Have been here many times and will always go if in the area and want Italian, however with all of our other Italian options in Tampa I think this one just slightly falls behind!
Diego is fantastic Because he was very attentive, respectful, humble, Polite, and Friendly. What a great white staff. He made the experience so much better. I asked for hot water once and he refilled my cup three times after that without me even asking and gave it to me in one second. All staff should be like him and he deserves 5 stars. Thank you. The food was nicely presented but the 3 veal dishes $32-$35 with beans or potatoes was a bit salty and the Padellino Kampelli $29 was a bit dry but tasty. Pasta was done just right. Meatballs $17 were good and the sauce was really good w fresh tomatoes and cheese and good flavor. Love the tomato chunks. And you get 4 meatballs that were 2” in diameter each. It is a cozy place and the bathrooms are nice. I just wish for the price point the food was less salty, more food, and just a better deal. Desserts were good and nicely presented also. Overall a nice place and good for good vibes and good times.
Excellent fresh Northern Italian fare. Located in south Tampa on West Shore Drive. Lots of cream sauces on pasta dishes. Poultry, veal, and beef dishes, too. It’s definitely worth checking out for a low-key local Italian restaurant. There is a corkage fee ($20.00, a little steep in my opinion) if you bring your own bottle of wine, also they do serve wine and have a nice wine list as well for you to choose from rather than bringing your own, which is a good over from before they got their liquor license.
Food was very good my favorite was the meatballs and dessert was absolutely delicious we had the lemon cello.
