First and foremost I wish I could give 100+ stars on this company. after almost being scammed by another place I called twin towers and I’m glad I contacted this company, Oscar is who I spoke to, I explained my situation and boy o boy it’s not often you come across great people he legitimately has to be top tier MVP for listening and guiding me to their friend and employee Daniel who came through with his beautiful truck and had my truck up in running within 20 minutes !! the charge was a little bit less then I thought and I hope to send these 2 gentlemen a nice gift for a dinner with their loved ones I am so appreciative of Oscar and Daniel that words cannot express thanks to them and this company I highly recommend at an all time high, as I had to save there number in my phone if I or anyone needed help and that speaks volumes. I salute these gents and who raised them! awesome company and people in general ! cool people. real talk.

I had a dead battery and was initially quoted a 172-minute wait for service from State Farm, typical. It was close to 10pm and I was alone, so I started searching online for a faster option. After reading the great reviews, I decided to call. Oscar answered the phone with a friendly and genuine willingness to help. He arrived at my car within 20 minutes. Having had negative roadside experiences in the past, I can’t express how grateful I am to have had someone local come to the rescue. This was the first time I truly felt safe during a roadside emergency. By far the best experience I’ve ever had—trustworthy and reliable. I hope I don’t need roadside assistance again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling Oscar. Thank you!
I have never had such a positive interaction with a roadside towing company. But, this one is different.
Last night, my car’s battery gave up on me as I was getting ready to leave a shopping center. It was nearly 9:00 pm. I had no idea what to do and did not have anyone to come to the rescue. Out of nowhere this gentleman passed by in his car and respectfully asked if I wanted him to look at the car. It was 9:00 pm, and I was in a parking lot with my sister and my 70 yo mom. I was unsure at first, because you hear so many horror stories, but I truly sensed the positive energy and felt the genuineness of this man wanting to help. I was so in awe and did not even get his name, aside from the company’s name. He was professional, and honest, and got us out of a sticky situation with no monetary expectations ( he did not even know that my mom was in the car) . Any owner willing to help out people in their community out of the kindness of their heart without any monetary expectations deserve the recognition and all the clients in the world.
I would recommend this company to anyone, This sense of community is truly what makes Tampa Bay the awesome city it is, and to know that respectable owners still exist is a breath of fresh air.
