I have had to go to VEG multiple times since I have a diabetic cat. Everyone treats my cat like he’s their own. You can just tell how much the staff cares about each and every patient they treat. Also, I love that they offer “VEG Hotel” so I can stay with my cat in the hospital overnight. Buddy loves it there! 10/10 would recommend.
The VEG emergency hospital treated my cat better than any hospital has ever treated me or my kids! As soon as I walked in I was whisked away to the treatment area , and my cat was surrounded by a team of doctors who immediately started working on her! I moved to Tampa from Phoenix 24 hours prior and I had no support system here, but the team at VEG comforted me and cared for my cat like she was their own! Dr Del la Rosa even gave me water and juice to take home because in conversation I mentioned that I had just moved here and had no food or water at home because I had been caring for my cat. My daughter and grandson were home waiting for me to bring them food!! I’ve NEVER been treated with such kindness and compassion! The team at VEG made my experience so much better because I knew my cat was in the hands of people who would love on, and care for her like she was their own!!! They told me I could stay with my cat as long as I wanted and visit often too! Thank God she came home the next day! Thank you to the VEG team & also to the wonderful ladies at the front desk who also treated me with kindness! They were so sweet to me & talked to me like we had been friends for years!! VEG is Heaven on earth!
VEG is an absolutely amazing emergency vet hospital that went above and beyond to save my dog’s life. From the moment I walked through their doors, the entire staff was kind, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. They took the time to thoroughly explain every necessary step in Otis’s treatment, ensuring I understood what was happening and what needed to be done. Their honesty and transparency gave me confidence that my beloved pup was in the best hands possible.
One of the things I appreciated most about VEG was their open-door policy, which allowed me to visit Otis anytime I wanted. Knowing I could be by his side throughout his treatment brought me immense comfort during such a stressful time. Additionally, they kept in constant communication with me, providing regular updates and making sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decisions for his care. Their willingness to keep me informed made all the difference in this difficult experience.
Beyond their exceptional medical care, the team at VEG showed true understanding and empathy when it came to my financial situation. They worked with me to find solutions that ensured Otis received the best treatment possible without unnecessary financial strain. This level of consideration and support meant the world to me, as I never once felt pressured or helpless when making choices about his care. Their focus was always on what was best for Otis, and I am so grateful for that.
As trying as the entire experience was, I will always have a special place in my heart for Dr. Beshir and Dr. Sullivan. Their dedication, skill, and kindness saved my dog’s life, and I can’t express how much that means to me. Every time I look at Otis, happy and healthy, I am reminded of the incredible care he received at VEG. I wholeheartedly recommend this emergency vet hospital to anyone in need—they truly go above and beyond for both pets and their owners.
I am deeply indebted to the exemplary veterinarian care that I received from the entire staff and veterinarians at VEG. The veterinarians Dr Mir, & Dr Schwartz are highly skilled and saved my dogs life in surgery. The veterinarian scribes Jessica, Casey S, Grace, Cassandra, Minelys, Daniel, Zack, Rachael, Haley R. were professional, empathetic & extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend VEG to anyone who wants to receive the highest quality
