We had the most incredible experience during a very stressful situation. They saw us immediately. The team were all supportive and caring. I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was because of their care for us and our beloved dog. Highly recommend.
Our 13 week old puppy has yellow discharge when peeing. With such a young puppy we were incredibly concerned about her health. Not only did the vet take time to with me prior to coming in but immediately upon us arriving he and his staff greeted us. They listed to my concerns and helped me with my little girl.
We ended up at VEG on one of the scariest nights of our life Jan 7, 2025. Our Dog Ivy was having trouble with delivery of her precious babies. VEG made it possible for us to save our girl and her babies. We are beyond grateful! It’s been 12 days and Ivy and her babies are thriving! Thank you VEG. We won’t go anywhere else for our animal emergency, needs! So professional and caring! I wish I could give more then a 5 star rating!
There is not a single thing that needs to be improved: everything was incredibly perfect. I was surprised with my dog’s birth and Dr. Lisa not only calmed me down and guided me throughout the process but also saved the lives of the mother and baby. I felt very comfortable at VEG, essential for anyone who is trusting their pet’s life on it. It was a very stressful day for me, and I can’t remember all names, but all the staff and the human warmth that made me feel calm and knowing that everything would be okay, is priceless!
