We frequent Italian restaurants a lot. Hands-down, the best Chicken Piccata I’ve ever had. The only thing that would have made it better was if I had pasta to go with it. But that’s on me. I stayed on my weekday diet.
My husband enjoyed his Seafood Vongole Pasta. And I got a beautiful rose from our waiter. =)
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was truly exceptional. Luigi and Louis were so kind and generous throughout our visit. I had a bit of leftover pasta and mentioned wanting to take it home. To my surprise, Luigi not only packed it up but added extra pasta and sauce for my husband and me to enjoy the next day. It made us feel incredibly welcomed, almost like we were part of their family.
As for the food, everything we ordered was delicious. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly crispy, followed by the chicken parmesan and spaghetti Bolognese, both rich and flavorful. To top it off, we indulged in the tiramisu and Oreo cheesecake for dessert, and they were divine. I can’t recommend this place enough for both the hospitality and the fantastic food!
A lovely find on Gandy Blvd. This adorable little restaurant (literally very small) was jam packed with people. By the looks of the crowd and overhearing conversations this is a true local place and the clients are regulars. Food was very good and the vibes were great.
Very warm and comfortable dining experience with relaxing live Cello music playing in the background. The authentic Italian food was fresh, prepared beautifully, and very tasty. It was a busy Saturday night, all the staff were very busy but friendly, We waited quite a long time for our entrées and needed a bit more service as we wanted to order more wine and food , but found it a bit difficult to get the attention of a server to help us. I would give it four and a half stars if possible, and would love to give them a five-star on our next visit, which we look forward to.
We celebrated our anniversary here tonight and it was 10/10. The service is incredible and is one of this things that truly sets this restaurant apart. It is the closest place we have found in Tampa to actual Italy. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy – they have live music (tonight was a cellist and we have seen a harpist during a previous visit). The owner was kind enough to give us a complimentary champagne toast with our dessert for our anniversary while our waiter played us two songs at our table. They have such an attention to detail and the most authentic Italian experience you can find in Tampa bay.
