What I like about waypoint. They make the job for us realtor easy , they do not exaggerate or make the customer feel the house they are going to purchase needs a complete remodel. They are things that needs to be fix and that is always going to happen but they are very considerate and calm when they are speaking with the client .
If you need someone for inspect. I recommend Waypoint Property Management. They person I had was very good and very professional. He was thorough and the write up was very easy to read.
