We have eaten at Westshore Pizza for almost two decades and loved it, until today! I don’t know who thought it would be a good idea to stop using real cheese on the Philly Cheesesteaks and instead use some sort of a cheese flavored sauce that must have come straight out of a can but it was a bad move!! I always looked forward to getting a Philly Cheesesteak from Westshore but no more, they ruined a great sandwich and made it inedible!
Great pizza! I’ve eaten here twice and I’ve always been impressed with their pizza. Good prices and pretty quick service as well. They also started selling Mr. Beast burgers and fries. Pretty nice size seating area with some large TVs and lots of parking.
Placed an order online due to current promotion of “Buy a 14/18 inch pizza and get a 10 inch pizza free”. The pizza’s crust came out softer than what I was expecting after requesting a WELL DONE Pizza but the price was just right.. Staff very friendly and provided napkins/plates at request and even let me eat my pizza in the sitting area outside.

Today I visited the south Tampa location of Westshore Pizza. I was greeted by Travis, who took my order. There was an employee next Travis I did not get his name, but his attitude was less than professional. I ordered two combo number nine and paid for them. The combo number nine comes with drinks so when I went to take my drinks to my vehicle, I came back inside and decided to wait in the lobby. The employee working with Travis came up to the counter and told me in an aggressive tone “what do you want?!” three times not “how may I help you?” at that point I was confused so the only thing I could say is “I’m sorry, sir. I’m here waiting for my pizzas my bad.” But why should I as a customer have to apologize for doing nothing wrong other than going to Westshore Pizza today at 5 o’clock in the afternoon I don’t like it when businesses or employees of businesses make me feel uncomfortable or unwanted. I’ve been a customer of Westshore pizza for many years I drive from Temple Terrace to visit the South Tampa location of Westshore Pizza but until this problem is fixed, I will not be visiting this location. I spend my money (my money!!!)and it’s not right that I get treated in such a way by a employee. Customer service is part of the dine in or takeout experience and if there’s no good customer service at Westshore Pizza, what’s the point of visiting Westshore Pizza?
