First health care provider who I felt genuinely cared about my wife. I’m taking them flowers tomorrow. My wife was referred for a biopsy and they stayed on my ass to get it done. Haven’t experienced that level of kindness and care in my life. She was benign. My heart is so happy. All the bad we see in the health industry has been removed from my mind. Good people still care!
I just switched to this practice and I am already regretting it! I let them know right away on Monday that I am having pain so did usual test. Girls in office were nice…Dr was fine. I called back and let them know my pain is worse on Tuesday, but they had to wait for the results and the results are negative. They were going to give me an ultrasound. It is now Wednesday 7 PM. No nurse called me. No doctor called me. I specifically asked to Please let me know the next steps for maybe an ultrasound that I have pain and they told me that if my pain gets really bad to go to the ER.!!! Literally no care that I was in pain and I can’t afford the coinsurance to go to the Er. So disappointed at the follow through of this office Not from the office team, but from the doctors and nurses that they couldn’t even give me a call!
Update: Got in for ultrasound and met w Dr Clemons. She was so knowledgeable and reviewed everything. She cared. sent me necessary meds. This will be my Dr from now on.
Highly recommended
Women’s Care has amazing providers and staff. I trust them so much that I referred all three of my daughters to them once they were of age. The triage nurse always follows up with you in a timely manner. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment when i needed one and I absolutely loved the fact that when a provider questioned herself she was not afraid to consult another physician for assurance. The providers and their nurses work together like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Jill Botelho is a wonderful, caring and competent doctor. She looks after your total health needs & plans with a personal touch. I am so fortunate to have her as my OBGYN.
My annual with Dr Neuhaus was fantastic. Very thorough appt. I had to schedule a fitting with another provider at the office a few weeks later. I was told to arrive 15 mins early. After waiting 45 mins in the waiting room I was called back into a room. I waited another 45 mins and finally put my clothes back on. After waiting 1 1-2 hours I walked out and rescheduled with Dr Neuhaus. I asked if my long wait was due to an emergency and was told no, she is just “thorough”. She had no respect for my time. Dr Neuhaus is the ONLY provider I will schedule with at this location.
They may also have an issue with medical records. During my long wait time, I witnessed two patients tell the front desk that other providers had sent over records. Both times they were told they hadn’t been received. If it was one I could see that as being an oversight. However, happening twice leads me to believe this location has the issue.
