I have no complaints about the front desk. Delays happen when you’re dealing with complicated cases, it’s understandable. I didn’t have appointments with all the doctors of this facility but the ones I did have I can give my opinion. Dr. Belogolovkin is an amazing doctor and incredible professional, would recommend her any day. But would not recommend Dr. El-Azeem
I can’t express enough how incredible my experience was with the entire staff, from the woman who checked me in to the ultrasound tech and the doctor. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and thorough with answering all my questions. I left feeling completely satisfied, knowing everything I needed to know. The doctor went above and beyond to explain my results and the next steps. I wish every office could be as outstanding as this one!
My initial visit was great with some wait time but my second visit wasn’t so much. My appointment was at 10:15 and 11:00 came without being seen so I had to leave to make it to work on time, I understand people fall behind but almost an hour is absurd. Hopefully moving forward my experience will be just as great as the first.
Dr El-Azeem from Maternal fetal medicine at cypress street was the worst insensitive and unprofessional provider. Patient of high risk come here and he had the audacity to tell me there 1% chance for my baby to be ok and sarcastically says “sorryyy” with a smirk on his face ! I address to him that it’s not okay to speak in that tone when giving bad news and his smirk got even bigger while holding back a chuckle! He didn’t even apologize. Worst experience ever. He should NOT work in this line of work .
I am deeply concerned by the lack of professionalism and respect displayed at Women’s Care- Cypress Location. Patients, particularly those dealing with infertility or high-risk pregnancies, deserve better treatment. The failure to fulfill basic responsibilities and the dismissive attitude towards patients is unacceptable. It is crucial for everyone to receive the utmost level of service, especially in healthcare settings. My experience reflects poorly on the quality of care provided by the physicians and their staff at this office. As a patient YOU deserve better care – stay clear from this office. You will not find the care and respect YOU DESERVE.
