Dr Amy Solomon is the very best. She has performed 2 major surgeries on me and I trust her with not only my health but my life. The new facility is fantastic! They have a mammogram machine on site which was incredibly convenient. It was wonderful to go straight from my exam to the imaging room.
    5☆ all the way.

I have been going to the Women’s Care in Brandon for many years then we got lucky with one so close to us. The staff there is amazing my provider was just also absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions and I felt welcomed and I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a check up or anything else.

My visit was unorganized and unprofessional. The doctor literally had no idea why I was there. She didn’t bother to read my referral prior to entering my room. She never received my results from my doctor nor did she attempt to retrieve them. I literally had to pull my results up on my phone. I already had anxiety about hearing my results now I have to wait another week to find out what’s really going on with me. This was by far a bad experience for me.

My most recent appointment was a disaster. After having been twice already for a pap, blood work and ultrasound – my doctor wanted me to do one more blood work appointment that had to be before 10am. I scheduled it before I left the office. I confirmed it the day before and showed up at 9am on a work day. I was waiting for a while before they brought me back just to tell me that there wasn’t an order or any notes about what the test was for. My doctor was off that day so they were trying to wait for another provider to come available to see what they can do. I was asked to wait in the lobby again. Almost an hour after my appointment time, I told the front desk that I was about to leave but they went back to check the status and another doctor came for me. She basically contradicted everything my other doctor said and advised against additional testing and sent me home and said if my doctor wants additional testing, I can just come back. There was no apology for wasting my time or for any misinformation.

My first appointment there was frustrating as well. I never received the check in link prior to my appointment. Instead of handing me a tablet or something to fill out the paperwork, they resent the link to my phone number and confirmed only the last 4 digits. After waiting 10 minutes, per their recommendation, I went back and asked them to confirm my entire phone number. Doing so revealed that they entered the my number in wrong when I called to book the appointment. A lot of time was wasted during this check in process as well.

The staff is okay enough and Dr Perkins is great outside of the issue of not inputting the test order. The facility is brand new and very clean.

Heather Miller is a phenomenal doctor. Her staff makes you feel very comfortable. Melissa is amazing. They explain everything to you. Make sure you understand it. Definitely recommend.
