I am HIGHLY disappointment with this facility, the patient care and customer service. I have been a patient for over 15 years here. i saw my provider on 12/21/22 and was informed he was retiring, no advance notice was given so i can research another provider. The provider never called in my annual refill for birth control nor did they call with my test results. i called today on multiple occasions and had to hang up due to extremely high wait times. When i finally got through after a 30 minute wait the person was unapologetic and said yeah we are busy. Additionally she was not sympathetic of my needs, concerns or frustrations. She claimed she would forward my prescription request to the prescription refill nurse, at that it would be in her hands. When i asked if there was a manager or practice administrator that i could speak to she told me no. No??? unbelievable! I asked again and she told me she would forward my concerns. I asked who she would be forwarding the to and she said “Priscilla”. And refused give me her contact information. It has been almost 2 hours, no prescription refill (which i am supposed to start today) and no call from Priscilla, a manager or Customer Service!!! The Culture in HealthCare today should be about patient safety, customer service and good outcomes…. This facility is FAILING at all 3. Women’s care Florida, is someone actually going to call me? assist with my RX? anything? Do you care about your patients? If i could give less than 1 star i would.

This office is good for general gynecology concerns, but not for advanced conditions like Endometriosis. I first came to an NP here, who I won’t say their name because I truly believe they did everything they could within their scope of practice. They were very thorough and did blood work and ultrasounds and ran extra blood tests I requested. However, I was struggling with pelvic pain and believed I had endometriosis. They found an endometrioma on my ultrasound scan, put me on birth control and told me that there was no cause of concern because the endometrioma was small and I could keep having my periods regular and to come back in a year. If I had listened to them, I could’ve had an ovarian torsion because my recent laparoscopy showed I had stage 3 endo in 7 organs and my left ovary was being pulled backwards from a lesion. The ultrasound only showed the endometriosis on my right ovary, not my left. Endometriosis is difficult to find, especially in a general gyn office. Please, if you think you have symptoms or signs of endometriosis or a gyno condition that requires advanced treatments, please go to a Specialist.

From the front desk staff, to the medical assistant, to the check out desk, all were so professional, nice, and sweet! Dr. Patel was thorough, didn’t rush me, and even took the time to let me know he was a little behind. I still waited a minimum amount in comparison but it was the thoughtfulness! Great visit overall!

If I can give this place a 0, or a negative number I would. It’s our first pregnancy and any questions we had especially related to my spouse’s pcos condition, the dr really made us feel uncomfortable asking them. As a first time patient and in today’s crazy world, a first time pregnant woman has every right to ask whatever questions regarding her first pregnancy. I would not recommend this particular location, nonetheless I don’t trust Dr Miller. Other locations offer a lot more and apparently none of them are affiliated with each other. This location has failed to disclose that. If you paying out of pocket, expect to pay twice. There’s not much I can do but to warn ppl about how horrible this place is. Our memory of our first visit will forever be tainted with the uncomfortable feeling. As a first time pregnant woman, she should feel happy and excited about her new baby. I doubt this place cares about my review because they get their money regardless. All I can say, check other locations before checking into this location. Other places offer more and do not make us feel uncomfortable.

Recently saw Dr. Kasey Palm for some issues, and was impressed by how intently she listened to me.
She’s calm, professional, kind, and she took an amazing amount of time to discuss my concerns and offer a couple of treatment options.
I felt seen, and that I could trust what she was telling me.
    And that felt amazing.
