Friendly and welcoming receptionist/ thoroughly explained their menu of massages, facials and aesthetic services. i was intrigued and what began as a 50
minute massage became an 80 minute massage as the masseuse ( a male) was attentive to areas requiring deep pressure versus those that required medium pressure; he was very effective and accommodating to increase the treatment time as it was end of day….will definitely return for another one of his massages and plan to try a facial by the end of September !
Very disappointed with the new location, rooms and services. While just around the corner it’s not an excuse and the rooms are small, it does not feel inviting and could hear everything outside of the room. I could not relax and with that price tag, I can find other places in the area that provide what I need.
I come here not often, but enough to know that they will lose loyal customers due to these few issues.
I think my visits have run their course.
The therapists are wonderful, but not worth the price for the experience. The location is awful, was not offered any sort of beverage, and it was overall not what I expect from a luxury spa. So sad, before they moved it was wonderful
I have been a huge supporter of woodhouse spas. They are the perfect way to treat myself and friends to a little pampering. However, the Orlando location is not the woodhouse spa that other locations are.
The location is horrible. It’s in an office building on the 2nd floor. The rooms are office suites not little oasis of relaxation.
The locker room did not have a shower, restroom or sink in there. The lockers did not lock. The women’s locker room was right next to the Mens locker room without any signage.
The lobby was dark and when I asked for water I was given a small bottle water.
The massage therapist was great. I wish he would go to a better location and I would follow him. I can’t believe that I dropped almost $1k for a girls day for something I could have gotten at a mall spa.
Angel is top tier and is always so professional and knowledgeable. His technique is insanely good and he checks in often to make sure the massage is going well. I will keep coming to Woodhouse Spa as long as Angel is there! Amazing service!
