Love the studio. Very friendly staff and instructors and members! It’s great to be a part of a wonderful community. Great place to make new friendships too. My favorite classes are Slow Flow, Restore, Y6 Mix, and 101. If you like hot, there are many options for you, if you’re not into hot, that’s fine too, the classes I listed are a comfortable temperature. I highly recommend joining this yoga studio!
YogaSix has been the best investment when it comes to my overall health. The classes are great and instructors are super helpful and friendly. The classes I enjoy the most has to be Emily C. classes. She is so kind and her classes make you feel amazing. Best instructor there is.

5 stars INTEGRITY, HONESTY are values I was able to witness and feel self assured after speaking with the owner of the company.
I have never done yoga and thought I would give it a try, being 100% disabled, but to look at me, you would not know this. I did one session on December 2nd, I do believe, with Carrie, and she was awesome. She worked with me, and I felt like I was back in high school doing our stretches before practicing gymnastics and running track.
I have not been able to get back but I did pay the membership still had three visits I am now wondering if the delay in returning a
Yoga is great I just feel I was very upfront with what goes on with me and what’s going on with me that I was not sure if I could do a membership( I can’t join a gym because of my knees, it would make them liable I am very honest and upfront with my limitations
so I will update this if their integrity is in check.
I absolutely love this studio. It’s a more modern, updated studio for yoga–with it’s cool towels and calming lighting. You can also feel better, safer as there is always a friendly staffed front desk person. While all of the instructors are great, my favorite class is the Friday morning hot yoga (Yoga Six sequence) class with Emily! She is always cheerful and personable. I love her playlists. I just wish she had more classes in the week! Also, they have the best water ever, so bring a large cup, and fill it up!
Tried the revive Class with Carrie and it was very eye opening. Didn’t realize how relaxing and challenging yoga could be. I think it’s a great way to gradually get your body prepared for more strenuous workouts. The studio was clean and comfortable with calming sound and warm lighting. Carries voice and direction was calm and soothing and I didn’t feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. I plan on returning as my schedule permits.
