Joseph communicated the expectations of arrival, services, my needs, potential add-on services. He was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with him. He let me know what was happening for each step of the process and asked for my feedback numerous times throughout the service.
Two bedrooms and two stairways. Very nicely done in less than an hour. Chris is very polite and professional. Very satisfied and will call them again for my other house.
If there was less than one star that would be my rating. The carpet was not clean after paying $520 when my online quote was $385. Here are some pictures of a very small area of an unoccupied bedroom that I shampooed with my Bissell Pet Pro less than 12 hours after having my carpets cleaned.
I had my furniture and bedroom carpet cleaned. Outstanding! Scheduling an appointment was super easy and I appreciated the reminder texts. The technician Tavaris and the young lady that assisted were very professional; called when they were 25 minutes away. Tavaris explained the process in detail and the outcome is better than what I expected. I’m very happy and will use Zerorez again!
Joseph gave a heads up when 45min out and was on time. Very courteous, and helpful in searching with the UV flashlight of my pups hidden messes. Took care to neatly guide the tubing up the stairwell into the upstairs bedroom rug, and successfully got out the old stain I was concerned about. He hauled out a couple rugs with him to take and clean at their location (if it’s anything like their last visits, it will go well and come back clean of pet smell).
Thank you for helping us keep a cleaner house for my kids, especially among our construction mess!
