All My Sons Moving & Storage

My family and I were dealing with the aftermath of the recent hurricanes like many people in the Tampa Bay Area. I needed a moving company to help move furniture out of our home in order to finish the restoration of our home. I called All My Sons moving and talked with Chris who was helpful setting up our appointment. On the day of my appointment the two man crew of Malik and Leon were a few minutes late, but I wasn’t very worried because I had taken the day off from work and had so many other things to worry about. Both men were very pleasant and helpful. They finished the work early and called the office to let someone know they were done 45 minutes early and that I should receive a refund of 45 minutes. After I tipped them and they left, they sat in their truck across the road from my house for 20-25 minutes. I didn’t think anything of it at the time. They assured me that within a few days my refund would show on my credit card. After more than a week without the refund showing, I called the company back to check on the status of the refund. Again I spoke with Chris who this time was confrontational. He denied that I was due a refund and said that the trucks are monitored so the trucks showed that they were at my home for the full time. Of course, it showed that because they sat across the street. Due to all that I had to handle and deal with in my life at that point I decided it wasn’t worth the fight. I told Chris the two gentlemen who help me and my family that day were very respectful and helpful and I could see he wasn’t interested in doing the right thing. I guess he felt guilty and offered a $45 refund, but implied I was lying. I was upset because I was never told that I had to pay gas fees, I never complained about them being late and I was respectfully trying to talk to him as he was being very condescending and rude. I don’t recommend using this company, but if you do I hope you’re lucky enough to get the nice gentlemen, Malik and Leon who were the only good parts of this company.

Demetrius and Tito did a fantastic job with our move. They handled everything with care and we’re extremely efficient and fast. Everything was done in less than 2 hours load time for well over 30 boxes and 15 pieces of heavy furniture. I would recommend them to both friends and family. They were very precise and quality movers. Huge thanks to them both for a job well done and if needed in the future will be looking for their help again.
