We had the best experience with Frank the owner at All Tampa Taxi! We live out of state and was looking for a car service to take my daughter across the state and he assured me that she would be in great hands as he was a Father as well! He communicated with me from the beginning via text and phone call the day before, then texted me pictures of car, license plate, and his drivers license. He was prompt in pick-up and 3+ hours later he let me know that my precious cargo had arrived! I highly recommend Frank and his company as they delivered and we will only use them moving forward for any local or out of town car service!
Made a reservation by phone in the evening for the next morning which was very easy. Very friendly, you could see his smile through the phone. Then they called us the next morning to tell us they were coming, the name of the driver(Frank) and a description of the car. Right on time. Frank was a pleasure to be with. Easy to talk with and also very friendly. Highly recommend them.
I used All Tampa Taxi and Shuttle for the second time in a month. They are on a mission to make sure you are where you need to be on time and comfortable in the process.
