I stayed here one night before heading to the hotel next door for a sales meeting. Giovanni at the front desk has been cordial, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to help me sort out the feather pillows in my room. Often, people at hotels make me feel like an inconvenience when I insist upon a feather free room due to a severe allergy. Giovanni was understanding, made me feel at ease by relating with their own experiences with allergies, and they were willing to lend a hand to move pillows even though the hotel was short staffed late on a Sunday night. That level of support was appreciated and I will recommend for friend’s and colleagues to stay here in the future.
Love this hotel, location and cleanliness. Everyone here is also very kind and accommodating. Jamella helped us out and took good care of us. My crew and I stayed here 2 days in a row, and even had our breakfast warm and waiting for us after breakfast ended. I appreciate the hospitality and customer service here. It’s been a really nice and positive experience.
Not sure I can give an accurate rating because they were under construction either because they were renovating or because they go hit with the storm. The people (staff) were great and location was fantastic. The lobby was a mess and the noise in lobby was terrible from the construction. The rooms were adequate but bathrooms need fans and it would be nice if one can turn on the bathroom light without having the sink/vanity lights come on. In order to use the heat or AC controls you need to be an HVAC technician.
For the inconvenience of all the construction, a waiver of the parking would have gone a long way.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Was in town for my daughter’s wedding. Had several rooms had other guests staying there. The showers are horrible. The water only trickles out you can barely shower. The place is worn out and when talking through text to the manager said oh well we’re not done with renovations yet even though the website said they were. Parking is a nightmare $44 and you wait 45 minutes to get your car. It is absolutely disgraceful. Overall experience not good. Would not recommend this hotel one of the worst Marriotts I’ve ever stayed at.
The location is convenient to the convention center. The room was spacious and well appointed, but needs sound proofing. The road noise is loud on the 2nd floor and I could hear other rooms easily.
Gabi at the bar is a treasure and helped make my stay more pleasant.
