Great movie theater. Lots of bathroom, clean with reclining chairs. Fantastic sound system and was easy to get drinks and snacks. Loved the easy parking too. Very spacious in all areas and well lit where it needed to be. Will definitely be going back.
I love this AMC theater from the great snacks from mini sliders to huge popcorn! Pizza, sweets, but if you love pretzels then you got to order the Barbarian Pretzel and you’ll know that you’re ordering the right one because the person taking your order will ask you about three times. Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you sure? Because that’s how big it is. Try it out for yourself. Also, they’re really clean with the big reclining chairs.
Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service
My wife and I, both in our 70s, have been regular customers at this theater, but our recent visit left us deeply disappointed. We arrived early for our movie, and the theater was still being cleaned. We were kindly asked to wait, which was fine. However, since we were looking for somewhere to sit in an alternative theater momentarily and all the seats were taken, we sat on the steps in the theater to wait.
After about five minutes, an associate came in with a security guard to ask us to leave, which was both embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Rather than kindly informing us that sitting on the steps was not allowed, the staff chose to humiliate us by escorting us out. We apologized for the inconvenience, and quietly left the area to wait for our movie.
This situation was handled poorly, and it was disappointing to see that we were treated with such hostility instead of respect, especially as regular customers. We understand the rules, but a simple, polite request would have sufficed. Sadly, after this experience, we can’t recommend this theater.
its a great place to catch a movie! The theater is clean, and the seats are comfortable, especially with the recliners that make the experience so much more relaxing. The picture and sound quality are top-notch, making it easy to get lost in the film. Concessions are a bit pricey, but that’s expected. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, though the lines can be a little long during peak times. Overall, a solid theater experience, just shy of perfect but definitely worth visiting
