My family recently moved here, and although we faced a few challenges on moving day, the office staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They promptly addressed our concerns and ensured everything was resolved. Brooke and Whitney have been absolutely wonderful – I can’t emphasize enough how kind and helpful they’ve been. We are truly enjoying our new home; the neighborhood is charming and peaceful, with plenty of wildlife and ponds, making our walks a delight.
First off I want to say that typically I do not leave reviews, but Katrina , who works in the office, as a leasing agent was extremely helpful. She was very patient, honest and great with giving information. Sometimes you can have all the facts in the world but the way it comes across can make all the difference, I appreciated her. Me and my son are ecstatic to move in. This year personally has been something, and I am grateful that I found exactly what it was that I was looking for. The apartment is beautiful, modern and I definitely recommend. Thank you again, Katrina
I scheduled & was able to tour same day! I arrived greeted by Katrina who I had a million & 5 questions for regarding the availabilities, amenities, appliances & layout, etc. at the Amira. She was able to answer and get answers for ALL of my questions and then some. I requested & was able to tour an upper floor apartment similar to the unit that I ended up applying for after my tour! Thank You so much Katrina!! Looking forward to more from Amira at Westly!
Lived here for about 4 months. Definitely not “Premier”.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY. DON’T DO IT. OVER PRICED FOR APARTMENT CONDITIONS.
We pay 2k for smallest 1bd 1bth, chemical stains and paint on our floors, bad paint touch ups (so bad that we had to touch it up ourselves and it took me asking 6 times for paint, 2 months into living), bad windows that don’t open, and leak. (so bad that we have to buy humidity packs). Our electric bill is so much because of the windows.
People don’t pick up after their dogs, poop on the sidewalk and sometime on the road. Hallway is always dirty, and the trash dumpster is always over flowing into the parking lot. Our first week here we saw a dead mouse on the sidewalk by our apartment.
ONE FAN REMOTE FOR TWO FANS. Yes, it may seem petty now, but when your remote is in the bedroom and you’re in the living room, it gets annoying, really fast. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANOTHER FAN REMOTE NO MATYER HOW MANY TIMES YOU ASK.
Let’s not forget that issues in our apartment were brought up the second new management arrived, we gave them time to get situated but it was still like pulling teeth to get anything done.
EXPECT TO GO TO THE OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES
Maintenance does the bare minimum and will give you an attitude doing it.
As you can see from the response, they will gaslight you and not take accountability for the conditions of their property.
Before you rent here, walk around and ask residents how they feel.
I moved into this apartment complex five years ago, and initially, it was a great place to live. Maintenance used to be reliable and quick, but since the new management took over a few months ago, service has been slow and ineffective. They closed my ticket for a broken AC without informing me, and it remained broken for over a week. My follow-up emails were ignored until I went to the office in person. They also used to organize weekly paint and sip events, which were a wonderful way to meet neighbors and added a nice touch to the community, but they haven’t had anything like that in months. Additionally, the two ponds in the neighborhood smell extremely bad during the summer, making it impossible to enjoy a walk. Despite the neighborhood getting worse and worse, my lease renewal offer went up again. This place has gone downhill…
