This university is cool. Love it. Is so big one. And have great teachers and workers. Just can say thankyou
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not recommend.l especially for English speaking. Got wrong information every time I called. They tried multiple times to put me into a Spanish speaking class after I told them multiple times I don’t speak Spanish. Then was told my class wasn’t going to start for another month then an and all of a sudden I get missed calls stating I’ve missed my classes and now will be charged?!? Nobody there knows what’s going on obviously wouldn’t waste my time going here for anything!
AGM Univ. Only cares about you before you sign for class with all the financial budgets. Then you are just a number where they make money. It depends who is the professor to really care about your desire to study and succeed with support. As a student you are in your own struggle!! They offered promises to support and follow up.but they did Not accomplish!
I am very pleased with the attention given, Miss Darisabel was very thorough with the explanations about the existing programs. Hopefully I will be starting soon!
The was the worst enrollment experience! I DO NOTrecommend this school at all, especially for ENGLISH spreaking Only students. I enrolled in an English class and ALL of my messages were in Spanish. I had to constantly ask the sender of the message to resend it to me in English. This applied to texts, emails & voicemails. I was told ALL the messages are automatically sent in Spanish since the majority of their students speak Spanish and they can’t change that. This school should not market to English speaking Only students then. Why would I spend the entire time of the program going back & forth having to ask them to resend it in English or have to use a translator for something I have to pay for. It’s absolutely ridiculous! They should have said that upfront before enrollment. Then I had to attend 3 different orientations and had to be separated from the rest of the students because I speak English and I had to have a one on one orientation with someone that barely speaks English. For the Virtual orientation, I had scheduled at 1pm and made arrangements to attend, I was told 10-mins after I first logged in and told them I don’t speak Spanish, that I needed to log back in at 2pm since everyone else speaks Spanish. No respect for my time! Why didn’t they offer an English orientation & a Spanish orientation separately to begin with? Then I asked about my scrubs and was told by Carelis to ask Yadira. Yadira said to ask Carelis, so I got the runaround and then Carelis said it’s in the handbook. The only thing in the handbook about the scrubs is what color to get & where to buy them. It doesn’t answer my questions of how many sets I should get? what days do we have to wear them? When do we need to have them by? This place was so disorganized! On top of that, I was told by admission before I enrolled that the class schedule is M-Th 9am – 1pm. The week before school starts, I am told that Tues & Thurs the class is 8am -12pm. I have to arrange childcare. I messaged admissions and said this wasn’t what I was told before enrollment and she said she’ll have to investigate it. This is the most unprofessional & disorganized school and I would NOT recommend it at all! DO NOT waste your time here. I canceled my enrollment and chose another school. I was way too frustrated before I even started! Not the right fit for me!
