I’ve been meaning to come here for a while now and I’m so glad I finally did! I walked in and my mind was blown by the massive selection of pastries, treats, and food that there is on offer. If you want any type of baked good whether it be sweet or savory, they likely have it here. I highly recommend that you give Bakery 1908 in Orlando a try!
This place is so nice inside. The outside is kind of plain but inside is nice and cool and snarls great! You go to the bakery side and get a plate and tongs and just go to town and grab whatever type of buns and tools you want. The have everything from savory with meats and veggies; to sweet buns with custard, creams and fruit. It is a 10/10. So good!
I may be late to the party, but I’m glad I am here. The variety, the freshness the options and take home ready treats. I cannot wait to come back here. I had the cheese, danish bread and it was freshness delivered to your tastebuds . Everything about this place makes me want to have breakfast here every weekend if I could a must try. The concept is very unique, a great amount of seating and great for meet ups. Located in the heart of colonial Drive. I will definitely make this a regular place to go when I’m in the mood for a treat.
Had Christmas day brunch here for the first time as it was one of the few places open. The interior is much more updated and nice than the exterior. There is plenty of dim sum to order from the menu as well as a wide selection of pastries. I found that overall, the customers were more friendly than the staff working at the counter. Seating is limited and may be hard to get a seat on a busy day. The dim sum we thought was average and not freshly made like places in San Francisco, NYC and DC. The pastries were very tasty. I thought overall the food was a little pricey for the quality. I would likely not return and will try others in the area.
Everything was decent for the most part. Tofu were not worth esp for $13. The bang bang shrimp were soggy. The Sui mai & shrimp dumplings used to be bigger to justify the price but now it’s normal size. My ice coffee was good though.
