They are always welcoming! They also recently got all new equipment and have updated a lot of flooring since I started in September. I like to bring my 10-year-old son, we both enjoy that he gets to join in with my exercises on certain equipment. I have never been to a gym that is so family friendly. I highly recommend joining the Y for family wellness/fitness.

Stopped by just to check out their court. My girls have been wanting to shoot some hoops. Greeted by Danielle…so so kind and beyond helpful. Gave us a tour and everything!!
