My kid was happy with the experience, but having been to multiple different similar places, both in the US and out, I can honestly say it’s nothing special and pricey for what they offer.
Firstly, very upsetting to see that they offer free drinks for a 5 star review. Very hard to trust the reviews being truthful.
The bounce houses need a good clean for sure. The white should not look brown!
Never understood why children have to have socks and yet all adults are allowed to have shoes on, even though they walk on the same carpet! Don’t get me wrong, I agree with no shoes, but either make the adults take them off too, or separate the walk path for the kids.
Not suitable for children that can’t walk yet. There is no place to set a crawling baby that’s not walked on with shoes. And that is fine, but I always thought family-friendly places should really consider the whole family. And reality is, a lot of families have multiple kids at different ages. Even if I loved this place, coming would not be a good idea as I can’t have both kids burn off energy at the same time.
The only reason that I’m giving this place a 3 out of 5 stars is because the bounce houses need a good cleaning, and a few should really be updated. The bathrooms are updated and clean, and the staff is really friendly. The website gives you the impression that you need to make a reservation prior to going. This is not the case. I really like the fact you may leave and return. For example, if your little one(s) needs a nap, you can leave and return as long as it’s the same day. There’s massage chairs that parents can use while the children play and pleanty of other seating available.
My grandchildren LOVE this place!
This place has the potential to be amazing! Hopefully, I can give them a 5 star review one day.
Pretty good. Kids had a blast. Just the no shoes rule is kind of pointless if parents go to the kids areas with shoes. But besides that it’s a pretty good place for kids to blow off some steam for a couple of hours.

I know parents aren’t allowed inside with shoes. No one is there enforcing the rules which is why I stated that but overall it’s a nice place. I wish other parents would follow the rules.
Took my grandson to this place two different times and he had a lot of fun. He did not stop jumping for a matter of 3 hours. And he just turned 3 years old in November. I can seat on a recliner chair and watch him fave fun for 2 hours or whatever time I want. We both have fun. He jumps all he wants, and I enjoyed watching him. Win-win day.
Visited for the first time for my nephew and he had fun. But I give this place a 3 star because of the cleanliness of the place including the restroom. I nearly gagged walking in the restroom from the smell. I didn’t even want to touch anything so I didn’t use it and when exiting I used my foot to prop the door open. It seemed like there were a good amount of employees walking around doing nothing especially the one gentleman that I didn’t realize worked there right away. I thought he was just a parent there because he walked around slowly and didn’t have a uniform or tag on (neither of the other employees were not easily identifiable as employees). He awkwardly stared at everyone too and made me feel lil uncomfortable. When I seen him behind the “employees only” areas is when I realized he works there. Another thing was the lighting is a lil too dark in some areas.
