This Cinemark is my go-to theater in Orlando! One of the biggest perks is that parking is free. Plus, I never have to deal with overwhelming crowds, making the experience much more enjoyable. The reclining seats are super comfortable, and the theater is always clean and well-kept. I love how easy it is to get in and out without any hassle.
My unfortunate experience in this place was nothing short of a big disappointment. We were looking forward to a relaxing evening to watch a new movie and we did not. Upon arrival, we were slightly behind and after checking in with Annie, she pointed us to the wrong direction. We were lost for a while then decided to came back to Annie. We were sent to the wrong side of the movie theater once again. By the time we located the theater it was already more than 25 minutes. We decided to leave out of frustration.
My question is how do we hire and train employees within this organization? Better yet, who is going to be held accountable for Annie’s actions that ruined our much anticipated evening? Failure to meet minimum expectations is bad business. Not recommended.
I’ve been coming to this theater for many years, when it was Festival Bay and Aragon. And I am really happy to see it so busy again. They added the nice separation between the rows and the reclining chairs. We also had some food like the buffalo sandwich and the bacon fries, and it was good. Of course, the popcorn never disappoints, and they have a nice selection of candy and snacks. I am very pleased with this theater and will keep visiting and recommending it to friends and family.
As compared to the theaters in Tristate area, this felt like a huge theater. Really comfortable seats, huge screen and not too pricey.
This place has rats!
Im sorry to say that my experience was bad. I’m cinemark club member for over 5 years. This is the first theater that I come to that’s horribly dirty and worn out. At the concessions stand, I used their butter dispenser, but the butter was expired!! I had to toss my popcorn. Their bathrooms were super dirty and left unattended for what it looked like, over night. The seats at our theater room were torn up on hand rest, we noticed all the seats were like that once the lights came on. Y couldn’t even sit my drink up right in my cup holder because there was trash along with old and sticky food crums in there. To top it off, this place has rats!!!! There was a rat trap right next to my seat!! I only noticed it once the lights came on. If not, I would have walked out immediately before the movie and asked for our money back.
