Seats are beat up and torn, popcorn was stale, parking is not included and finding their discounted garage was so difficult that we ended up losing full price. The screen was dim, as if the brightness had been turned down.. imagine turning the brightness really low on your phone to conserve battery. They forgot to start the movie in two theaters, ours being one of them. The staff was friendly, that’s the only positive comment I can make about this place.
Been to this theater over the years and it has just declined so much. Wall coverings are peeling off, very dirty carpet, wall art/posters were dusty. It is frozen in time 15 years ago and looks like it has not been touched. Mobile ticketing stations are all down, with copy paper taped to them. Poorly placed/designed prints signs were scotch taped everywhere to designate closed theater spaces and greeted you as you enter the building. Upon entering the theater we were greeted by an unpleasant smell and an unkempt theater. There was trash on the floor behind seats and food remnants still lounging in the chairs. Something as simple as the paint on the concrete floor beneath the seats looked like it has been coming off for years. Also, of course all the florescent house lights were on and nothing was playing on the screen 10-minutes before the movie started. We waited around for a bit contemplating if we should stay for the movie. We decided to leave and not even ask for the refund because I looked like yall need some help. Pretty embarrassing for a downtown theater.
Screen is too dark to see. This is what Gladiator II look like in the movie theater. $25 for two tickets. Total 8 people in the movie theater.
Nastiest theater I’ve EVER been in. Stinks like cigarette smoke from the 80s. Wolfman was supposed to start 6 minutes ago. Nothing. I called the desk and was told they’d start the movie and yet here we are…
