DO NOT BUY A LENNAR HOME! They lie and make promises that they never keep. Extremely shoddy work throughout every step of the build process. Luckily we had our own inspector do inspections constantly throughout the build. Don’t trust their own “inspectors” because they claim it’s “good to go” no matter how bad it is. I can rant for hours. But here are two examples: they dropped off the framing lumber and let it sit for two months flat on the ground, not on anything to keep it from soaking up rain water, which it did. It became moldy and they installed it anyway. Their inspector passed it, but ours tested it and found mold everywhere, not just dirt that they claimed it was. So they spent two weeks having the house treated for the mold. Which they wouldn’t have done had we not had our own inspector. Fast forward past not having the roof finished, beer and soda cans jammed between framing studs, doors not able to close because the frame is not aligned, appliances damaged and missing parts, cabinets damaged and installed backwards, holes cut in walls and ignored for two months, having the final walkthrough checklist “lost” and never found, to finally finding out that some wall outlets aren’t even wired up or connected to the wall. Bottom line, once they get your money, they will forget you exist.

The most green space I have ever seen in a community beautifully managed, it is stunning and getting better every day.
