We recently visited Drive Shack and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, our waiter was friendly and attentive and made amazing drinks . However, there were several issues that made our visit frustrating.
The biggest problem was that the ball sensor wasn’t working, and no one informed us. We had to ask our waiter, who said the manager would come to help, but instead, someone just dropped off a bucket of balls without explanation. We ended up waiting 15 minutes for nothing.
Additionally, one of our group members is a lefty, and the pin for the left side was missing, making it difficult for them to play. Some of the clubs were also missing, which was disappointing.
As for the food, it was just okay. The chips and salsa tasted like they came straight from a can or jar, which wasn’t great. On top of that, the place itself didn’t seem to be well-maintained, adding to the overall lackluster experience.
Drive Shack has potential, but they really need to improve maintenance and communication with guests.
We came here to see The Nona Collects Card Show! The golf installations are well-equipped and quite busy! The card display was on the three floors with food and drink service! It was really crowded! Collectors were all over the place buying, selling and negotiating cards. We saw cards for all kinds of sports and Pokemon cards! We went looking for a specific baseball card but didn’t find what we wanted from the small selection that was available. It was definitely worth going to our first card show! We greatly enjoyed it!
My husband and I recently visited Drive Shack for the first time, and we had a fantastic experience! The facility was impressive—everything was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We didn’t have to wait long to get started, and the system was easy to operate, even for beginners like myself. Our server was courteous and attentive, checking in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The prices were reasonable, and they offer a variety of food to order. While we primarily came for the golf, it was a lot of fun! The clubs were easy to hit, which made the experience enjoyable, especially since I’m not a golfer. It took away the pressure of playing on a traditional course. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back again!
Went there after a work event and had a good time. Service was great. We had a big party and everything went smoothly. Will definitely be back to this location.
Hate to leave a 1 star review as I own a small business who relies heavily on my own reviews. With that being said, this place is a mess. My family typically goes to the big competitor to drive shack but wanted to try something different while we were in town. As soon as we pulled up at open time on Saturday morning, the field was covered in balls. The front desk rep (who was very pleasant) let us know the machine had broke the day before. After seeing these reviews I don’t think that’s the case. This made playing many of the games difficult since your ball literally couldn’t roll without hitting multiple others. We were fortunate as our ball dispensing machine was operational, other bays were simply using a bucket of balls as their dispensers were not working. Men’s driver was absolutely caved in at our bay. Checked other bays and it was the same thing. Each bay had a household space heater in the club bag area. Not the most professional look. We have a drive shack a couple hours from home that I wanted to try out but after my experience at this location I definitely wouldn’t drive past the 2 or 3 topgolfs to get there.
