Absolutely spot on place to stay. Pay NO attention to any of the less than stellar reviews for this hotel. From the moment I walked through the door I was delighted. The front desk staff Oshi and Justin went above and beyond to help me correct a reservation error that I made during online booking. It would have been so easy and understandable for them to have just apologized for my bad luck and sent me on my way but each of them spent the extra time to work with Hotels.com to make sure I was taken care of. The facility from the rooms to the pool is immaculate. The breakfast is top notch, and the restaurant delicious. I had one of the best French dip sandwiches that I’ve had in a very long time. Hotel staff from housekeeping to dining servers are polite, professional, and extremely accommodating. If all hotels were like this I wouldn’t own a house!!! Thank you so much for a great stay Embassy Suites.

The first person we see each and every time we stay is Anna at the front desk. Always greeting you with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is spot on. Our son goes to USF and I work close by. Angie to a wonderful delight and always has a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure our visit, drinks and food are up to par.
The new management is making some great strides and improving the property. The kitchen staff is always on top of their game and should be recognized as well
Stayed here while my wife was on a business trip and had the best service! Niki in sales was awesome, she helped me plan out my adventure and gave me ideas on what to do and what to see! Complementary drinks and snacks for happy hour and an amazing breakfast spread for everyone! The restaurant inside the hotel was okay, very over priced and service wasn’t the best but overall the hotel was great!
I recently stayed at Embassy Suites and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of room to relax. Overall, I highly recommend Embassy Suites Tampa for business travelers, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely be returning! A special thank you to Mr. Ferris for making our stay even more enjoyable, his hospitality and attentiveness truly made a difference.
Me and my wife had a fabulous stay. We were greeted by Ms. Kennice, which gave us the warmest of welcomes. Ms Brandy also with her “Thanks staying with us” upon leaving.
Great staff and clean rooms.
