It’s been a while since I have been to 5 Guy’s but have the burgers become smaller?? It certainly is smaller than their franchise restaurants outside of the US!
The preparation was fresh though and the burger was tasty but I can’t get over the fact that the burger was distinctly smaller from the last time I ate!
The burger was OK. I thought it was quite dry and small. Shake was good but disappointed by the price of the meal and quality I received.
My boyfriend and I went to this Five Guys location today, and we really appreciate the experience we had! Our community is recovering from Hurricane Milton , and to be greeted so warmly and provided delicious hot food in an environment that was not only clean but upbeat soothed our tensions. It’s been a tough time, and this Five Guys once again hit the spot; food wise and restoring our faith in humanity! Who wants to work in this craziness, but from the upbeat team here you wouldn’t know it! If I could give a hundred stars I would!
Haven’t been in awhile because there are so many restaurants around town. Still have very good hamburgers and hotdogs. I like that they split the hotdogs and put them on the bun so that they don’t roll out and can add whatever you want without it falling out of the bun. The prices have increased, but that’s to be expected. Also love the fries with the spicy seasoning or you could get it without it. Peanuts in a box which you could get while you wait for your food to be cooked, so people with peanut allergies beware if it affects you to be around them.
I walked in at 9:44pm. I was, politely, greeted by the receptionist. I placed my order for a family of four (four bacon cheeseburger meals). The cook behind the counter turns around and shouts at the cashier, “he wants what?!”. The cashier repeated the order to him. The cook looks at another team member and shakes his head with a sarcastic smile. I told the cashier to cancel my order. The cashier tries to convince me to stay, but I politely declined and stated that I can’t ignore the cook’s feelings regarding my order 15 minutes prior to closing. I wasn’t there to make anyone’s closing a problem. My family and I just decided that we wanted Five Guys to-go while we were out. However, I’m not just paying for food but also service, and I thrive on leaving 5 star ratings (and it shows). Thank you to the cashier for trying to correct the cook’s behavior.
